BADVERSE — Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESSING

Every BADVERSE order is prepared with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order ships. During launches, drops, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHOD

BADVERSE currently uses USPS Ground Advantage for standard U.S. shipping.

Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for tracking information to update after USPS receives your package.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, delivery is handled by the postal service. BADVERSE cannot guarantee delivery dates or prevent delays once a package is in transit.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us so we can help you determine the next steps.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. BADVERSE is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, international shipping availability will be indicated at checkout. If international shipping is not offered, orders are limited to eligible U.S. destinations.
